I am not sure if the Republican party can, or will use this against Ron Paul. I would really like to see them try to get away with this bullshit in Ron Paul's home state. As they say ,"Don't Fuck With Texas!".

Basically, Kucinich, and the "left" within the Democratic Party is being punished for not signing an oath of allegiance to support a pro-war nominee.

The Democratic Party leadership is not a group of people that work on behalf of the majority.
